BACON WRAPPED JALAPENO POPPERS
USING CO-OP GOLD CREAM CHEESE
|½||cup Co-op Gold Cream Cheese|
|½||cup shredded cheddar cheese|
|12||jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, seeded|
|24||slices of bacon|

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Fill each jalapeno half with cheese mixture.
Wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
Serve while hot.
