BACON WRAPPED JALAPENO POPPERS

USING CO-OP GOLD CREAM CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

½   cup Co-op Gold Cream Cheese
½   cup shredded cheddar cheese
12   jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, seeded
24   slices of bacon

DIRECTIONS

  • Prep. Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Serves: 12

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.


Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Fill each jalapeno half with cheese mixture.


Wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.


Serve while hot.
