CHICKEN ROTINI CAESAR SALAD
USING CO-OP GOLD ROTINI NOODLES
|1||cup of your favourite caesar salad dressing|
|¼||teaspoon garlic powder|
|2||tablespoons lemon juice|
|1||head romain lettuce, chopped|
|1||container grape tomatoes|
|500||grams CO-OP GOLD rotini pasta|
|½||cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded|
|½||teaspoon black pepper|
|2||cups cooked chicken, shredded|
|salt to taste|
- Prep. Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: approximately 12 minutes
- Serves: 4-6
Cook pasta according to directions on package, or until tender but slightly firm. Drain, then immediately rinse under cold water to cool pasta. Set aside to drain completely.
Using a large bowl, add caesar dressing, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Add chopped romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, black pepper, and well-drained pasta. Stir until ingredients are evenly coated in dressing.
Add shredded chicken and toss to evenly distribute.
Season with salt and additional black pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
