GRILLED PEACHES

WITH HONEY AND FRESH MINT

INGREDIENTS

6   peaches
  olive oil
  vanilla yogurt
  honey
  mint leaves

DIRECTIONS

  • Serves: 6

Light your grill and heat to medium heat. Halve your peaches and remove the pit. Brush the cut side of the peach with olive oil.


Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook undisturbed until grill marks appear, 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the peaches and grill the skins until peaches are soft, 4 to 5 minutes more.


Remove from grill and place on a plate. Drizzle honey, add a dollop of vanilla yogurt, and add mint leaves for garnish. Serve and enjoy!
