MAC AND CHEESE
USING YOUR CROCK-POT EXPRESS POT
|2||cups CO-OP GOLD macaroni, uncooked|
|½||teaspoon garlic powder|
|1||teaspoon dry mustard|
|3||cups water||½||cup CO-OP GOLD evaporated milk||4||cups CO-OP GOLD old cheddar cheese, shredded|
- Prep. Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Serves: 4
Add uncooked macaroni, spices, butter, and water into the Crock-Pot Express Multi-Cooker. Attach lid and lock. Cook on “STEAM” setting for 4 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, let stand for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, do a quick release on the Crock-Pot Express (see user manual for instructions.)
*TIP: put a cloth loosely over the quick release valve to catch any water that may be released from it.
Once pressure has been released, remove lid and add evaporated milk and half of the cheese. Stir until cheese is melted, then add the remaining cheese. Stir until all cheese is melted.
