USING FURLANI’S TEXAS GARLIC TOAST
|1 ½||pounds extra lean ground beef|
|½||purple onion, diced|
|2||garlic cloves, minced|
|1||green pepper, diced|
|1||teaspoon dijon mustard|
|1 ½||teaspoons salt|
|½||teaspoon ground black pepper|

- Serves: 6
Place ground beef and onion in a large skillet and cook on medium heat until beef is browned. Stir in garlic, green pepper and cook until softened. Add 1 cup of water and stir.
Mix in ketchup, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Add 1 cup of water and turn heat to simmer. Stir occasionally until the liquid has evaporated, leaving the mixture thick.
Place on top of Furlani’s Texas Garlic Toast and serve while hot!
