#OVERTHETOP STREET CORN
USING MARKET TOWN GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
|4||ears of corn, in husk|
|4||tablespoons unsalted butter|
|2||teaspoons chili powder|
|¼||cup Market Town Grated Parmesan Cheese|
|¼||cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves|

Soak ears of corn in husk in water for 1 hour prior to cooking.
Tip: The husk actually protects the corn from getting burned on the grill, so grilling the corn in a husk is easier than without!
Place the corn in its husk directly on the grill, turning occasionally for 30 minutes on low to medium heat or until tender and cooked thoroughly. Peel down the husks. Brush each ear of corn with 1 tablespoon butter. Grill on high heat for a few minutes.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with chili powder, parmesan, cilantro and lime juice.
