STUFFED BURGERS

USING YOUR PIT BOSS PELLET GRILL

INGREDIENTS

  cups CO-OP GOLD cheddar cheese
¾   cup cooked bacon, chopped
1   jalapeno, chopped
½   cup ranch dressing
3   pounds ground beef
  salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Set your Pit Boss Pellet Grill to 350⁰F


In a small bowl, combine CO-OP GOLD cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and ranch dressing.


In a separate bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.


Form meat into patties and place on a pan. Using the bottom of a glass, press into each patty to form an imprint. Stuff the filling into the indent.


Grill the burgers for approximately 25 minutes.


Serve immediately.
