VEGGIE SANDWICH

USING CO-OP GOLD CANADIAN SWISS CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

2   slices bread of choice
1   leaf romaine lettuce
2   leaves leaf lettuce
½   small cucumber, sliced
3   slices tomato
2   slices red onion
2   slices Co-op Gold Swiss Cheese
  handful of sprouts
  mayo & mustard, to taste
  salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Prep. Time: 10 minutes
  • Serves: 1

Prepare your veggies first. Trim the lettuce leaves to the size of your bread. Slice the cucumber, red onion, and tomato.


Spread on mayo and mustard to taste on one slice of bread. Start building your sandwich: cheese slices, leaf lettuce, tomato, cucumber, salt & pepper, red onion, romaine lettuce, sprouts, then top with remaining slice of bread.


Enjoy immediately!
